Reena Gjoci says: “We are thrilled to be double finalists for the G12 awards.
“We have worked extremely hard this year to develop the Valentis Partner Scheme for our customers. Launched in May 2011, we’ve added new products and services in 2012 to help customers sell more and make more profit. We also continue to hold our highly successful annual customer conference. It’s a comprehensive programme that really works. Sales for aluminium are up 45 per cent for customers. Being a finalist for the G12 Customer Care Initiative of the Year shows the scheme is recognised by industry experts.
“I also want to say huge congratulations to William Carrigan for being a finalist for the G12 Apprentice of the Year. He has worked hard and his efforts have been rewarded. He came to us through a scheme run by the local college and council. And from there he has made his mark in the company. William continues his training with us and we are looking forward to bringing him to the ceremony at the Park Lane Hilton.
“Everyone in the company plays a part in looking after customers,” adds Reena. “Not just the customer facing team members but all of us and this recognition in the finals of the G12 awards shows that when we say we look after customers, we really mean it.”
