London-based trade fabricator Everglade Windows Ltd recently switched to greenteQ for its door and window furniture and profile cylinders.
The company, already a much valued VBH customer for a number of years, did not take the decision to move from its existing products lightly, but the merits of the greenteQ Suite won the day.
Everglade’s installer customers have welcomed the new hardware and have been very impressed by the fact that they now receive fully suited furniture across all their doors, casement and tilt & turn windows in a wide choice of perfectly matching finishes. Customer feedback on the design and feel of the greenteQ Suite products includes comments such as ‘appealing’ and ‘aesthetically pleasing’.
VBH managing director Peter Rowlands states ‘We’re delighted that a well respected company such as Everglade has joined the ever-growing ranks of fabricators, both large and small, to have made the switch to greenteQ. They do it for the right reasons; those of improved product quality and features. The feedback from Everglade’s customers is music to our ears as we invest a lot of time in ensuring greenteQ products look and feel great as well as being robust.’
Everglade managing director Vinod Gopal advised ‘Having dealt with VBH for a number of years we were confident of the reliability of their supply and we also really rate the service we get from Sales Coordinator Karen Campbell and the VBH Technical Department. When Peter and VBH Area Sales Manager Simon Monks approached us with greenteQ there was no hard sell. They presented the options then simply let the products sell themselves. This gave us ample opportunity to trial them at our leisure and see for ourselves that greenteQ hardware and Everglade doors and windows share the same focus on high quality and contemporary design.’
