Door-Stop’s latest service innovation means installers can change their order online as many times as they like. There’s a link on every order confirmation they get so with one click customers can go straight to the order they need to change.

Every tweak generates an instant new order confirmation, clearly showing what has been amended, including any resulting changes to the delivery dates or price. Installers aren’t left having to wonder if their message for a change had been received, if it was in time, or even if it was possible. Feedback from customers who have used it already is 100% positive.”
Many homeowners request last minute changes to their orders – different glass styles, handles etc – but if the installer makes these by phone or email it can be difficult to track the amends. The new facility virtually eliminates human error too – there’s no translating someone’s dodgy handwriting or inputting the wrong numbers, as you can’t order a door that can’t be made. Door-Stop is ahead of most suppliers as all changes are recorded on customers’ online accounts, but the history is now visible and easily navigated. And it will always be up-to-date regardless of how many times the order has been changed.
