Door-Stop Managing Director Nick Dutton has been asked to judge the UK Customer Experience (UKCE) Awards again this year. The prestigious awards will be held at the Grand Connaught Rooms in London, and the final judging and winners’ ceremony will take place on the same day, 17th October.
The UKCE Awards are partnered by the Cranfield Customer Management Forum and supported by the Customer Experience Magazine. Finalists include high profile brands such as Balfour Beatty, Nationwide, Virgin Media and VISA Europe.
“The entries will be sent to the judges a week before the presentation and awards day so we can prepare some in-depth questions,” explains Nick. “I’m delighted to have the honour of judging these awards again. The evaluation process is particularly rigorous and only the very fittest will survive!”
The entries are judged on a range of criteria including innovation, insight, passion and business results but above all, evidence of offering an exceptional customer experience.
Nick, who sat on the judging panel at the 2011 Awards, is in good company again this year as his fellow judges include senior management figures from Which?, Pitney Bowes and Sage as well as customer experience experts and another representative from the construction industry, Mike Rigby of MRA Marketing.
