The launch follows an intensive period of development with the help of window industry digital specialists The Consultancy to deliver this sophisticated tailored account management system to Hurst’s growing network of account customers.
‘Hurst Live’ is a totally bespoke system which has been designed to bring speed and convenience to customers and help them to access technical data, track and trace orders, order and price bespoke composite doors and download a wealth of marketing point of sale materials within just a few clicks.

Our intelligent Door Builder software, for instance, has opened up enormous potential for customers to develop an unlimited number of composite door configurations. They simply chose from our selection of door styles, frame options, door and frame colours, glass and hardware options and then build their bespoke door online with a real time quotation. There’s even an option to save the order or progress straight through to order placement if they wish to.”
Efficient order tracking has been built into the heart of the system and customers can easily follow orders from processing through to delivery. For added convenience, customers can even view their order history and retrieve invoices from the last two years. Linking seamlessly with Hurst’s fleXipod electronic proof of delivery and fulfilment system, Hurst Live also provides customers with fast access to PODs and live delivery schedules, whilst significantly reducing paperwork.

The system is available free of charge to Hurst trade customers and can be easily accessed by visiting the main Hurst website. Once set up, Hurst Live launches straight into a customer’s trade account at the click of a mouse.
