The business behind the UK’s largest network of solid roof system installers has launched a new membership drive targeting a total of 250 accredited installers by January 2016.
In less than four years, The Team Guardian Registered Installer Scheme, operated by Staffordshire-based Guardian Roofs, has already established a network of 23 fabricators and over 100 team guardian installers throughout the UK.
But demand for the first solid roof system with LABC and LABSS approval- has seen enquiries increase over the last 12 months by over 200%.
Joe Kearney managing director for Guardian Roofs said,
“As well as our position as the UK market leader, I think there are a couple of reasons for the volume of enquiries we are receiving: A Guardian Roof has a 0.18 U value which resolves issues with conservatories being too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. The most important part of replacing a conservatory is to completely remove the old roof and replace it with a structurally designed alternative that is tested to the highest standards by LABC and LABSS in Scotland and England.
“Recently, many more customers are choosing to redevelop existing property to save money on a move up the housing ladder. They see our solid replacement roof as a cost-effective and natural choice to develop a current property with an otherwise perfectly usable conservatory.
“We need more top quality installers to meet this demand. We have established an enviable reputation as the market leader in new-build or replacement solid roofs for conservatories. And now we need even more proven skilled installers who can maintain our reputation for many years to come.”
A Guardian Warm Roof is best installed by a registered Team Guardian installer. The scheme is designed to allow home-owners verify Team Guardian Registered Installers, and prevent competitors falsely claiming to supply the patented roof system.
In addition to the right to install Guardian Roofs, Team Guardian Registered Installers enjoy additional exclusive benefits including full training; sales models; official Team Guardian ID’s and lanyards; promotion on the Guardian Warm Roof website; and crucially, leads from a local fabricator.
“We want to speak to more reputable and ambitious businesses who have what it takes to excel as a Team Guardian member. We’re fortunate that many of the best installers in the country are already enjoying the business-building benefits of Team Guardian membership. And we can’t wait to welcome more.”
