Digital specialist The Consultancy has celebrated the rollout of its latest creation in partnership with one of the UK’s favourite composite door manufacturers.
Sales Manager 2 is set to revolutionise the buying process for Door-Stop customers, allowing them to view the door they’re ordering whilst designing it and making modifications.
The software now includes an on-going link with the Door-Stop range, meaning products are updated in real-time and customers can instantly access all the latest updates.
Once customers have designed their door, it can be pushed straight from Sales Manager 2 to Door Vault, a newly-integrated quote management system which now manages both simplified and complex pricing options.
Richie Thornton, Director of The Consultancy, said: “Sales Manager 2 has been designed with the customer in mind, the whole interface is user-friendly and mobile responsive, meaning customers can design and order on-the-go.
“This latest project with Door-Stop comes as a result of the our long-standing relationship with the company ever since it formed in 2008.”
“We are confident that Sales Manager 2 will be a hit with customers and are looking forward to beginning our next project with the Door-Stop team.”
Sales Manager Hannah Meakin is delighted with The Consultancy’s latest project, and is confident customers will see a difference in the sales process.
She said: “We are really harnessing the latest technology to ensure optimum ease for our customers.
“Sales Manager 2 will take users right from the experience of designing their ideal door to processing their order and receiving live pricing. Furthermore, because of the on-going link with our product range, there is no extra admin should we decide to add new designs or modifications.
“Working with The Consultancy has been brilliant because of the team’s specialised industry knowledge, they not only can carry out what we’re aiming to do, but they also provide advice and guidance where necessary.”
The Consultancy’s proven track record in the industry has resulted in the company being shortlisted once again for the ‘Digital Specialist’ category in the National Fenestration Awards, after the company took away the winning title in 2014.
Richie added: “To be in the live voting stage again is a massive honour for us and we would like to thank the industry for its continued support.”
Voting takes place at http://bit.ly/TCVote2015, with a deadline of November 30.
