The business behind the UK’s largest network of solid roof system installers is on course to more than double its target membership numbers.
In 2014, Guardian Roof launched a new membership drive to recruit a total of 200 accredited installers by 2016.
But that figure already stands at over 350. And a total of 400 is now within reach by the end of the year.
Joe Kearney, managing director for Guardian Roof, said:
“These are great figures. Our Team Guardian installers play a crucial role in the success of our business. As we try to in theirs! That’s why we’ve developed the best installer training package in the business.
“Installers already know that we’re the market leaders. But we’ve also kept the cost of membership low. And we pack as much value into our Team Guardian memberships as possible.”
A Guardian Warm Roof is installed by registered Team Guardian installers. The scheme is designed to allow homeowners to verify Team Guardian Registered Installers, and prevent competitors falsely claiming to supply the patented roof system.
In addition, Team Guardian Registered Installers enjoy additional exclusive benefits including full training; sales models; official Team Guardian ID’s and lanyards; promotion on the Guardian Warm Roof website; and crucially, leads from their local fabricator.
Guardian Warm Roof was the first solid roof system with LABC and LABSS approval.
And earlier this year, Guardian became the UK’s first replacement roof manufacturer to satisfy the new LABC guidelines. Guardian Roof has already passed independent tests in UK and Scotland using of WUFI software to measures the U value and the interstitial condensation risk.
The company is also constantly renewing its product portfolio. New Guardian Slate is now available from Guardian Roof fabricators. They are A-Rated on the Guardian build up and come in five different colours.
“More and more customers are choosing to redevelop existing property to save money on a move up the housing ladder. They see our solid replacement roof as a cost-effective and natural choice to develop a current property with an otherwise perfectly useable conservatory.
“We need more top quality installers to meet this demand. We have established an enviable reputation as the market leader in new-build or replacement solid roofs for conservatories. And now we need even more proven skilled installers who can maintain our reputation for many years to come.”
