Thirteen credit professionals working at the Synseal Group have achieved three-time Chartered Institute of Credit Management Quality accreditation (CICMQ), a formal recognition of the company’s commitment to quality, continuous improvement and best practice in credit control.
The assessor’s report described a determined team that has overcome challenges and continues to be recognised as a best practice department.
One of the specific best practice examples highlighted in the report was the department’s introduction of a new matrix, the Exposure, Risk and Reward (ERR) process which evaluates the profitability of high-risk customers.
